Every single thing that I've ordered thus far has been amazing...ESPECIALLY the rice bowls... any parent who has picky kids knows that you internally panic when you go to restaurants. Enter this place... kids took one taste of the lamb and rice... game over.. hands down some of the best Mediterranean bowls we have ever tasted. From the perfectly seasoned rice to the melt in your mouth lamb to the smooth yet flavorful tzatziki sauce... 10/10. What made this place even better was the staff. From the girls working behind the register to the owner who made it a point to come around and check on us, they were all great. Side note, quality does not suffer even with grub hub/door dash. Working at Upstate Hospitsl, we order from these guys at least twice-3x a month and I can say with the utmost honesty that it tasted just as good! Make sure you check these guys out! I think they are reasonably priced as well. The food includes pub style, Mediterranean and cold/hot subs...and then some. They go above and beyond to make your order as personalized as requested. “ I ordered takeout from here one night. I had a quesadilla, which was pretty massive. The fries were surprisingly underseasoned, but maybe it was just an off day. There are a lot of tasty looking things on their menu so I definitely want to pop in and try more. Good place for a cheat day. ”

“ The food here is delicious!!! Flavorful and fresh. I love how many different options they have. I'm confident I could walk in there and find something to satisfy my cravings on any given day. The door was open, the staff was friendly and offered a sample of the Halal chicken over rice, which was so good I had to order it! They have an entire wall of coolers, tea and coffee, a case full of cakes, giant cookies. The portions are huge! Easily could share a meal or split it into at least two servings. Two dishes, two drinks, and a cookie cost about $40. Service was quick, we waited maybe 10 minutes. It can be a bit overwhelming in there, but you can also order online for pickup. I noticed they serve breakfast, and since it's halal they have turkey sausage and turkey bacon options, which you don't see much! Will definitely be back to try a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. They have great hours as well, whether you need to grab a bite before work/class or have late night munchies. ”

“ "Over the Cuse Deli" is a popular eatery in Syracuse, NY, known for its deli sandwiches and comfort food. The owners, Adam and Jon Benway, have a notable presence in the local food scene and are also recognized for their involvement in the Syracuse community, often participating in local events and supporting area initiatives. Craving a deli sandwich for dinner the other day, wife and I decided to try one of the newer delis in the area with Over the Cuse. Plenty of selection on their website, they used Boars Head meats which is always a plus. I ordered online on their website at 4PM on a Monday for a 515PM pick up. Website is mostly very easy to use. I showed up a couple minutes early, and my order wasn't ready, but it was ready about 5 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. Its an interesting set up, you go up to one counter with 1 person to order, then your order is made at another counter across the room. A couple tables to sit, HUGE drink selection. I only spoke to the one employee at the order counter, and she was fine, but not overly friendly, but did apologize for the wait when she handed my order. Two full subs with small bags of chips cost around $30. I ordered a full Italian sub and my wife went with the Salsalito turkey. Got it home and we dug in. The only issue was I asked for my sandwich oil to be on the side since I had a decently long drive home and they put it on the sandwich, but it surprisingly didn't make the bread soggy. We both enjoyed our subs, though we thought they overall were a little small, but they were built well and had plenty of meat and toppings. We'd definitely grab a sub again if in the area. ”
